Ordering and shipping is only available within the United States.
We offer 3 shipping options:
• Next day (next business day)
• 2 Days (within 2 business days)
• Ground (1-10 business days).
Orders received by 1:00 PM PST will be shipped same day, otherwise shipped next business day
Something isn’t working out for you?
You can request an authorization for a return within 30 days of delivery (due to health and safety concerns, one exception here is worn masks, unless the return is due to defect).
Important: You must reach out to our Customer Care team first in order to get your Return Authorization. Please do not ship your product back without talking to our team.
Once you have received your authorization, returned products must be returned in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, including all inserts. We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. That said, The HydraFacial Company will cover the full cost of the order + shipping charges in case of our errors or defective products.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days from our receipt of the returned items for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Return Policy Rules and Exceptions
As noted above, the FaceLife Mask is a no-return item as a safety consideration associated with personal protective equipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 800-603-4996.

Once your returned item has shipped, please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.
