Do I need to be a HydraFacial customer to make a purchase?
No, this site is open to everyone. You do not need an existing account with HydraFacial, and we encourage you to share with all your friends and family.

How do I change my billing/shipping address after I placed my order?

About the Mask

How does the mask work?
The FaceLife mask is made of 82% state-of-the-art copper CuTEC® nylon, 15% regular nylon and 3% non-latex elastic. Copper is known to have powerful antimicrobial properties and the copper CuTEC is strategically knitted into both sides of the mask, providing dual-layer protection inside and outside of the mask.

How are the masks tested?
They are tested via a third-party lab for antimicrobial efficacy and bacteria, viral and particulate filtration efficiency. Even after 30 washes, the FaceLife mask remained 99.9% antimicrobial and maintained a 98% BFE, 95% VFE and 78% PFE percentage.

Where are the masks manufactured?
Made in the USA at an FDA registered manufacturing and ISO Certified facility in Asheboro, NC. (ISO Certified 13485:2016 for Medical Device Quality)

What size is the mask?
Our adjustable elastic bands are specifically designed for one-size-fits-most. There is also an adjustable nose clip that allows for a more snug fit to the user’s face and reduces fogging of glasses or safety goggles.

Does the mask come in different colors?
The process to dye the yarn adds a few days to the manufacturing timeline. With the recent PPE shortage, our focus is on getting critical care materials to the health care community. In the future we expect to offer a variety of colors and styles.

Do I need to wash my mask before using it for the first time?
The FaceLife™ mask comes ready to use – you do not need to wash it before its first use.

How should the mask be cleaned?
Machine wash with the hottest water possible with detergent. DO NOT BLEACH. Lay flat to dry. For more info, check out hydrafacial.com/maskcare

Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping options and how long will it take for me to receive my items?

We offer 3 shipping options:
• Next day (next business day)
• 2 Days (within 2 business days)
• Ground (1-10 business days).
Orders received by 1:00 PM PST will be shipped same day, otherwise shipped next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Ordering and shipping is only available within the United States.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation email?
Yes, all US orders will receive a shipping confirmation email. If so some reason, you can’t find your shipping confirmation email, simply email facelife@hydrafacial.com with you order number.

What is your return policy?
The FaceLife Mask is a non-refundable/no-return item as a safety consideration associated with personal protective equipment. We want you to have the best experience possible with us.
